Refund policy

we want you to love what you receive. if something isn't right, reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

to start a return, email us at thesofteconomy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. items must be unused and in their original packaging.

once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. refunds are issued to your original payment method.

please note: shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. digital products (such as downloadable guides) are non-refundable.

if your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
